THE SUSTAINABLE DINER

Isang Munting Pamana: The Sustainable Diner Knowledge Products

September 27, 2021

The Sustainable Diner project, which ran from March 2017 to September 2021, worked towards creating policies geared towards food waste reduction, integrating sustainable practices in food business operations, and educating the general public on sustainable dining. After four fruitful years, the project produced numerous resource materials relevant to government agencies, other civil society organizations, food businesses, the academe, and the general public who are interested in food sustainability.

Ranging from digital posters and webinars to published studies and manuals, this wide variety of resource materials have all been uploaded online to be easily accessed and used for FREE!
